for Children with Behavior Disorders.
Mission
The Kentucky Council for Children with Behavior Disorders (KYCCBD)
is committed to promoting and facilitating the education and general
welfare of children and youth with, or at-risk for behavioral disorders.
We support the activities of the national Council
for Exceptional Children (CEC), Council
for Children with Behavior Disorders, and all other CEC divisions.
Our goals include:
- Promoting support networks for parents and professionals.
- Promoting quality services for children and youth.
- Advocating for children and youth, their families and professionals.
- Disseminating information through professional meetings, conferences,
newsletters and the annual EBD Summer Institute.
Getting Involved
We are most effective when our members are active. If you are a member,
please consider how you can renew or increase your involvement in KYCCBD.
